We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and written correspondence. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately and professionally answering health care inquiries and providing resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers over the phone, chat, email, or other written correspondence.
• Effectively and professionally answering customer inquiries by taking ownership of issues, utilizing reputed company judgment, and leveraging the tools at your disposal to resolve customer issues on the initial contact.
• Meeting department productivity and performance metrics, including consistent and regular attendance, adhering to published schedules, prioritizing workload, and maintaining consistent attendance.
• Documenting customer interactions and cases in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Participating in reputed company training and becoming fully proficient in resolving reputed company customer inquiries.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Technology literacy and experience navigating multiple screens or web browsers at one time, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Ability to cover any work schedule between the hours of reputed company CT and 6PM HT.
• A private and secure workspace and workstation with high-speed internet is required.
• Contact center experience with chat messaging, TRICARE customer service, and military connectedness is preferred.
