They are seeking an Investigation Specialist to join their Incident Management Team, focusing on investigating incidents reputed company to consumer reputed company of care and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations reputed company to consumer reputed company of care, including incidents of abuse, neglect, exploitation, consumer/family complaints, and peer review/death investigations across I/DD, ABH, and reputed company programs
  • Ensure reputed company and accurate documentation of investigations using QCOMS and EIM systems, in alignment with internal KPIs and external compliance standards (ODP and OMHSAS)
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other departments by coordinating and communicating investigation reputed company reputed company scheduled Findings Calls
  • Maintain consistent, reputed company communication with Incident Supervisors regarding case reputed company and investigative activities
  • Apply knowledge of federal/state regulations, payer standards, and internal policies during investigations to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence
  • Support cross-functional reputed company and Compliance initiatives and reputed company reputed company’s reputed company Program, including the reputed company of Conduct and corporate policies
