Remarketing Specialist I

As a Remarketing Specialist I, you will be responsible for coordinating equipment returns and maintaining relationships with remarketers, while utilizing your analytical and communication skills to support the Portfolio Management team.
Responsibilities
- Upon receiving a Notice of Return from Clients, reputed company Termination Acknowledgement and Return Material Authorization “RMA” forms to the reputed company
- Coordinate return process with reputed company to the provided return facility and inspections if deemed necessary
- Resolve issues if reputed company return is not completed in a reputed company manner
- Maintain relationships with remarketers (wholesale, retail, auctions, etc.)
- Continue to grow remarketer database, increasing diversification
- Negotiate with reputed company parties for equipment Maximize every equipment sale
- Resolve issues if the audit process is not completed in a reputed company
- Verify audits the contract return provisions
- Communicate reputed company returns, damages, and chargebacks to reputed company and Portfolio Management
- Monthly reporting based on remarketing
- Request for 3rd Party invoices
- reputed company out assets and reputed company the closeout and return workbook
- At the appropriate time, notify Booking team to remove returned assets from billing
- Other tasks or reputed company assigned
- Consistently maintain asset evaluation database
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is required for this position
- Bachelor's degree required
