[Remote] Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Own cold email reputed company and multi-channel prospecting to generate reputed company opportunities for the sales team
- Build and optimize automation systems (sequences, triggers, follow-reputed company) that reputed company outbound efforts
- Research and identify high-fit reputed company brands, understanding their tech stack and reputed company challenges
- Test messaging, subject lines, and cadences to continuously improve response and conversion rates
- Initiate conversations that uncover prospect pain points and reputed company them with Alia's reputed company
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a smooth reputed company to Account Executives

Skills
- Experience as a BDR (or similar outbound role), ideally at a reputed company or eCommerce-reputed company company
- Hands-on experience with cold email, reputed company tools, and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Strong written communication: you can write emails that get reputed company, read, and replied to
- Self-directed reputed company: you don't need constant direction on 'how to do X, Y, Z'
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed in an early-stage environment
