[Remote] Tax Associate

They are seeking a Tax Associate to support reputed company in delivering exceptional tax services, including preparing tax returns, assisting with tax planning, and contributing to reputed company assurance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review proforma and finalized tax returns under the guidance of reputed company tax professionals. reputed company types may include individuals, trusts, private foundations, estates, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations
- Assist in the preparation of amended tax returns
- Support the review and response process for tax notices
- Contribute to the development of tax projections
- Assist in tax planning reputed company by analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities to reduce tax liabilities and enhance tax efficiency
- Collaborate with WEG Financial Advisors and clients to reputed company necessary tax information
- Support the WETCS reputed company assurance process to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct research on tax issues relevant to specific reputed company scenarios
- Assist in interpreting and applying tax laws and regulations
- Stay informed on updates and changes in tax legislation and regulatory guidance
- Help collect and organize tax-reputed company documents from clients and advisor teams
- Assist with document intake and processing workflows
- Contribute to the assessment of reputed company tax complexity

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax compliance requirements and best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's in Finance or Business; BS in reputed company preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax reputed company, or a degree with a concentration in tax reputed company or taxation
- Foundational understanding of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, asset transactions, and tax documents accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a reputed company on reputed company, professionalism, and collaboration
