[Remote] Business Development Analyst - Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist will drive reputed company reputed company by managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle from initial engagement through order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Order Tracking & Management: Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure reputed company delivery and payment collection
- Quote & Order Processing: Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (reputed company), and ensure reputed company processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and reputed company processing in reputed company
- Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (reputed company/reputed company) and ERP (reputed company) to support reliable reporting and forecasting
- Partner Inventory Tracking: Monitor partner stock reputed company, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI
- Quote & Sales Order reputed company: Prepare accurate quotes and convert reputed company deals into sales orders reputed company our ERP (reputed company)
- Customer Communication: Serve as a trusted reputed company of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
- OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 3+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
- OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- While the position is posted remotely in Florida, there is a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Miami
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Power BI
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
