[Remote] Junior Legal Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is redefining how legal teams connect with talent, and they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal reputed company Sourcing Specialist to help build and manage their legal talent pipeline. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals, while ensuring that their community of legal talent stays reputed company and informed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate screenings for the reputed company community (including network interviews without an immediate job opening)
- Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, referrals, alumni, and internal dashboards, with a strong reputed company on reputed company, contract manager, product, reputed company, and legal operations talent
- Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to reputed company candidate pools reputed company and reputed company
- Suggest and prepare candidate submissions for reputed company using Candidately and reputed company dashboards
- Re-engage promising former candidates and referrals, sending invites and follow-reputed company as needed
- Support alumni and referral candidate engagement, including extension and roll-off notifications
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to reputed company a healthy pipeline of candidates for reputed company searches
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology platforms
- Interest in legal technology and community-based reputed company
- Strong interest in leveraging technology to reputed company processes more efficient
- Strong interest in reputed company stage companies
- Interest and/or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in legal reputed company, legal operations, contract management, legal administration, or paralegal work, preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or reputed company is a plus
