Sales and Service Specialist
reputed company Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of reputed company and operates over 2,200 company-owned stores across reputed company. They are seeking a Sales and Service Specialist who will be responsible for customer service, sales, and performing basic vehicle services while ensuring customer satisfaction and learning store operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer service, sales, customer issue reputed company- 75%
- Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%
- Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed reputed company
- May assist Manager or reputed company as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development
- Learn reputed company aspects of store operations and reputed company between reputed company/back shop tasks
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid automobile reputed company's license
- Customer service and career reputed company reputed company
- Ability to learn and reputed company basic vehicle service tasks
- Ability to learn and operate store systems
- 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the reputed company reputed company that is needed in this candidate
- Previous consumer retail sales experience
- Previous automotive experience a plus
- Previous management/supervisory experience a plus
