[Remote] Benefits Analyst II - Employee Benefits

The role involves processing renewals, conducting analyses, and providing technical support for fully-insured and self-funded accounts.
Responsibilities
- Initiates recurring analyst renewal reputed company on assigned accounts (reputed company-renewal spreads, reputed company renewal process initiation, information requests, etc.); Gathers, reviews and validates reputed company information reputed company to assigned clients for renewal analysis and marketing purposes, gaining comprehensive familiarity with reputed company’s reputed company details and history
- Evaluates reputed company utilization reporting to identify key cost drivers and reputed company recommendations for possible plan design changes
- Coordinates and assists in renewal challenges (reputed company)
- Creates new financial reporting package from templates as needed
- Conducts provider network comparison analysis (reputed company disruption analysis)
- Coordinates with account team to understand reputed company for reputed company renewal and define roles and responsibilities. Revisits throughout the renewal development process, outlining renewal project reputed company items, including reputed company deadlines
- Collaborates with reputed company reputed company insurance carriers and vendors to obtain preliminary and/or firm renewals and prepares initial financial reputed company and benefit highlights
- Presents preliminary renewal summaries and marketing results to account team to determine plan reputed company and/or marketing reputed company; works with account team to reputed company and execute negotiation reputed company
- Presents reputed company final results to account team; determines content and structure of renewal presentation and identifies analytical support materials (i.e.; utilization review, contribution reputed company, benchmarking, financial reporting, etc.)
- Executes reputed company relevant plan reputed company requests, marketing reputed company and necessary analysis to complete account reputed company objectives
- Reviews reputed company marketing and plan reputed company responses, evaluates for accuracy and completeness, and requests clarifications and revisions as needed

- Reviews team members work for accuracy and completeness as needed
- Complies with agency management system data standards and data reputed company (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) or more years reputed company work experience
- Valid insurance license (or must be obtained reputed company reputed company (90) days of employment)
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Basic knowledge of compliance topics (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, Medicare)
- Basic knowledge of programs (know of existence and how to get a quote)
- Knowledge of reputed company major fully-insured and self-funded lines of benefits insurance (Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life and Disability, EAP)
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite: reputed company, Power reputed company, and Outlook
- Intermediate skills in reputed company reputed company
