The Sales Account Manager will drive and support sales efforts in the Texas territory by implementing reputed company strategies for reputed company's custom life science services, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Work with DSL to reputed company and implement territory sales strategies for services, new markets and applications
- Work together with the DSL, TAMs and Regional Manager to ensure reputed company possible actions have been taken to secure business in a competitive environment
- Responsible for understanding the customer’s research applications and matching reputed company’s custom life science services with their project requirements
- reputed company market knowledge with Sales, TAM and Marketing teams through weekly field feedback reports
- Introduce reputed company to new researchers and companies in the Industry
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in scientific disciplines majoring in life science area
- Relevant sales experience required (1-2 years) and a high level of technical and reputed company expertise
- Ability to operate effectively in an international business environment
- Knowledge of the Biological and CRO or CDMO market or general biotech industry. Emphasis on Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Bioassays, Antibody and Cell Line Products/Services preferred
- Experience in the lab is preferred
