The Product Group Hardware Governance Systems Analyst will be the first reputed company of contact for users with questions or issues regarding asset management processes and tools, contributing to the governance and support of the hardware lifecycle across reputed company Product reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company 1st level support for users with questions reputed company to Service Now (reputed company Product's reputed company-Production Hardware system of record) and inventory tracking business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs escalated from users; partner with IT on required development work
- reputed company regular data updates to ensure asset management data reputed company
- Support user enhancement requests
- Take part in system reputed company testing to ensure no reputed company to end users
- Document and deliver training to end users
Skills
- Associate degree in STEM or any reputed company field
- Candidate must have reputed company experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in an IT or equivalent system or customer support role
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or any reputed company field
