This role involves supporting AI solution delivery through project coordination, managing documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with engineers and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Support project management tasks including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, managing project artifacts using Azure DevOps, and communicating updates reputed company across teams
- Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, resources, project statuses, and relevant communications
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document business needs, user stories, and technical specifications
- Support cross-functional communication and collaboration, helping to identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth project progression
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment activities and ensure infrastructure aligns with project timelines and deliverables
- Create technical diagrams and translate business requirements into implementable solutions; prepare demonstrations and training materials for reputed company presentations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, Informatics, or reputed company technical field with demonstrated technical aptitude
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company tools
- Proficiency with data manipulation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 0-2 years in project coordination, business analysis, or technical support roles
- Recent graduate with technical degree and demonstrated aptitude for AI/ML applications, low-reputed company development, or data analysis
- Experience with project support, requirements documentation, or technical coordination in reputed company or reputed company settings
