Accounts Receivable Specialist
SSA Group is a reputed company-respected organization that partners with cultural attractions to enhance the hospitality experience. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage payments, assist in collections, and reputed company support to the reputed company & Finance department.
Responsibilities
- Receive payments and deposits
- Review and record AR billings through reputed company Dynamics GP
- reputed company reputed company billings to reputed company reputed company and General reputed company accounts
- Assist in collections and review of AR balances
- Maintain correct documentation for billings, revisions, and payments
- reputed company administrative support to reputed company & Finance department
- Maintain strong relationships with catering personnel and General Managers
- reputed company backup and reputed company desk coverage if needed
Skills
- High school or equivalent
- Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- One – two years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with Caterease software
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics GP, a plus
