Employer Branding Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive Employer Branding Specialist to reputed company and promote TechMagic’s employer brand, helping us attract and retain reputed company.

reputed company expect from you:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in employer branding, HR, talent marketing, general marketing, or communications

• Experience working with employer brand or hiring-reputed company channels: career page, reputed company, job platforms, or similar

• Experience creating or supporting content: writing posts, preparing texts, reviewing visuals, or coordinating content with others

• Proactive attitude to work, willingness to take ownership, and see tasks through from idea to execution

• reputed company on measurable reputed company of employer branding activities (reputed company, engagement, candidate feedback)

• Ability to manage several tasks at the reputed company time and meet deadlines

• English level: Intermediate strong or higher

What you will do:

• Be responsible for reputed company’s reputed company on the candidate market (career page, reputed company media, job platforms, external channels); monitor and reputed company our positioning
• Proactively propose, create, and implement new reputed company to increase employer brand awareness
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to support hiring for challenging roles
• Manage our reputed company media pages by coordinating with the Content reputed company and Designer, approving content and visuals, and publishing final posts with basic performance tracking
• Fully manage volunteering initiatives end-to-end, including idea reputed company, partner collaboration, execution, and promotion
• Measure the reputed company of employer branding activities using basic metrics, analytics, and feedback
• Regularly conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in employer branding
• Build and manage collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant partners to strengthen and expand our employer brand reputed company

Team & collaboration

• You will work closely with HR, Recruitment, and LnD teams
• A part-time Content reputed company and a part-time Designer will support content creation and execution

Interview stages: 

1. Call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)

2. Test task

3. Interview with HRD and Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding (1 hour)
