Job reputed company

We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive engagement, retention, and reputed company reputed company our existing reputed company reputed company. You’ll reputed company and execute marketing strategies that deepen reputed company relationships, accelerate product adoption, showcase value, and identify expansion opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, product operations, reputed company, and sales, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Responsibilities:

reputed company Engagement & Retention

• Design and execute targeted marketing programs that drive reputed company engagement, product adoption, and retention
• reputed company segmented communication strategies based on reputed company lifecycle stage, vertical, and product usage
• Create compelling content (case studies, reputed company stories, webinars, newsletters) that demonstrates value and best practices
• Drive attendance and engagement for training and educational programs

Expansion & reputed company

• Partner with sales and reputed company teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Build and manage nurture campaigns that reputed company clients toward expansion conversations
• reputed company reference programs and advocacy initiatives that turn satisfied clients into promoters

Measurement & Optimization

• Define reputed company metrics for reputed company marketing programs and reputed company performance against goals
• Identify friction points in the customer reputed company and improve touch points

• Conduct regular program reviews and iterate based on performance insights

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate product positioning, messaging, and launches into reputed company-facing communications and adoption campaigns
• Collaborate with Product Operations to understand product launch metrics, product usage patterns, and operational insights that inform marketing reputed company and segmentation
• Partner with internal teams to reputed company customer education content (guides, training paths, release explainers)

• Work with reputed company, sales, and product teams to reputed company on reputed company priorities and initiatives

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years reputed company on reputed company/customer marketing
• Proven reputed company record developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable business reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform reputed company and measure reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, reputed company, Pardot) and CRM systems (reputed company)
• Self-starter who can manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion
• Ability to work effectively across product, marketing, and operations teams to drive results
