As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers navigate the complexities of Medicare health plans. Key Responsibilities

* reputed company outbound calls and inbound calls to confirm/schedule/reschedule participant's appointment with a Benefit Advisor

• Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries
• Respond to reputed company live chat requests from customers and assist customers with website navigation and self-service reputed company
• Research reputed company in proprietary arenaflex tools to reputed company accurate and reputed company information to customers
• Document reputed company conversations and actions taken on reputed company interaction

Requirements

* High school degree or equivalent

• 1+ years customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, reputed company, and dental enrollments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and rapport building skills
• Experience and general comfort level using reputed company Word, reputed company, computer telephony, internet, and computer tools

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a virtual environment, using your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll need a dedicated quiet home office/workspace with a reputed company internet reputed company. A home-based system test will be required to ensure speed and reputed company match arenaflex's requirements. Cost for internet and/or phone services and equipment will not be reimbursable.
