Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound calls, reputed company, and messages
• Handling high-volume reputed company requests and resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our system
• Investigating missing information and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)

• Handling correspondence to patients and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed

• Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

• Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
