[Remote] SUD Group Facilitator

The SUD Group Facilitator will reputed company remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, facilitating group sessions that foster recovery and engagement while adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete reputed company reputed company requirements reputed company 2 weeks of start date
• Meet with your assigned reputed company Group reputed company Supervisor or Group reputed company Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required reputed company-in
• Respond to reputed company email and reputed company communication promptly (reputed company 48 hours of receiving a communication)
• Review the curriculum reputed company to group assignment before group start time
• reputed company ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate reputed company reputed company for the entirety of the hour
• Facilitate reputed company following reputed company best practices and using assigned and most up to date reputed company curriculum
• Foster a supportive environment and guide clients in activities to reputed company skills for long-term recovery
• Facilitate reputed company across age reputed company and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support reputed company and Wellness Hour as needed
• Foster reputed company engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging reputed company participation and fostering camera-on culture
• Following reputed company operational policies and procedures as indicated by reputed company best practices
• Participate in reputed company Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned reputed company Group reputed company Supervisor or Group reputed company Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
• Work collaboratively and respectfully across the care team including with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches
• Communicate reputed company, professionally, and promptly with reputed company clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure reputed company of your notes are completed reputed company required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and reputed company standards per DHCS and reputed company standards
• Maintain and model reputed company ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Required candidates will have addiction credentials (CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, CATC I, II, III, IV, V, SUD-CC, RAS, RAS-i, MATS, APCC, ASW, AMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
• Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays to meet the schedules of our adolescent and young adult clients
• Master's degree in mental health or reputed company field required (see below for full list)
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• reputed company versed in a reputed company of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach
• Experience in reputed company use disorder (SUD) treatment is required, with a solid understanding of both abstinence and harm reduction models
• Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) required
• Passionate about the benefits of group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment
• Ability to work effectively in reputed company
• Creative and engaging, especially over video!
• The technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
