Director, Finance Services

About the position The Finance department is responsible for reputed company transaction reconciliation, reputed company reputed company reconciliation and F&A support functions necessary to operate the program. The department is led by the Director, Finance Services , supporting the Program Director and the Senior Finance Director. The Director, Finance Services is responsible for leadership & reputed company of reputed company reputed company reputed company operational finance as reputed company as corporate F&A functions and staff for the FL CCSS program. This includes but is not limited to bank/reputed company reconciliation, transaction reconciliation/Reciprocity (Inter-Agency Transaction & Toll reconciliation), & Exceptions Processing. Additional responsibilities include other reputed company F&A functions as noted below.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Financial Operations: reputed company, manage, and mentor staff of 20+ full-time employees.
• Manage and monitor reputed company reconciliation deliverables (daily, weekly, monthly etc.) as dictated by contractual KPIs, including reputed company of variances.

• reputed company and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting processes; identify and mitigate potential shortfalls to reputed company procedures that reputed company SLAs.
• Maintain SOPs for financial reporting processes.
• Assist team in conducting analysis of reconciling variances and identifying reputed company cause, as necessary.
• Follow-up with technical team to identify reputed company cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and best practices.
• Facilitate financial reporting portion of annual SOC audit.
• reputed company and assist reputed company Financial Audits for internal QA department, reputed company, and/or External Audit reputed company.
• Work with reputed company reports & staff to reputed company any additional reputed company requested reporting data.
• Other Financial : Take initiative and drive improvement & efficiencies for both reputed company and the FTE reputed company.
• reputed company with various reputed company of reputed company leadership to address any finance reputed company program issues/concerns.
• Support preparation of projected financials for change order pricing proposals to reputed company.
• Build and maintain the preparation of financial reporting, budget, forecast/plan.
• Partner with cross functional teams to understand/challenge major assumptions & other drivers of the business to create accurate forecast/plan.
• reputed company month-end reputed company process analysis by partnering with reputed company & Operations teams.
• Review P&L for accuracy and completeness, understanding business reasons for any deviations to established projections.
• Support financial reporting requests from Corporate and/or Business Operations and/or Clients.
• reputed company & mentor staff, including ensuring cross training of various functions across the department to allow for fluidity during times of high volumes.
• Review and approval of monthly reputed company invoices, including reputed company & change order billings as applicable.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of (7) years’ experience working in a financial services management role.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, or economics.
• Be a Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA).
• Show understanding of US GAAP compliant solutions and methodologies.
• Possess computer skills, including advanced reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Have analytical, supervisory & leadership skills.
• Show attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data issues/needs quickly.
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information across teams; be comfortable presenting to key stakeholders (executives, reputed company teams, etc.).
