Supplier Project Engineer, Procurement

reputed company is currently seeking a Supplier Project Engineer, Procurement for a remote, contract opportunity with our reputed company. reputed company This individual is responsible for management and technical integration of supplier reputed company supporting the Natrium Project in conjunction with the Contract Administrator and Technical Representative.

Responsibilities

• Apply classic project management tools to reputed company suppliers including cost, schedule, submittal reputed company, and resources.
• Collaborate with internal technical and reputed company teams to ensure reputed company to contract and technical direction with supplier.
• reputed company statements of work (SOW) and project planning to execute supplier reputed company to meet program objectives.
• Facilitate supplier selection activities with requests for proposals (RFPs) and team review/selection processes.
• reputed company direction and reputed company of supplier reputed company, working with the contract administrator to ensure delivery of data and other deliverables.
• Coordinate Natrium technical review process of supplier deliverables and ensure appropriate responses.
• Manage technical interfaces between supplier reputed company and Natrium technical team.

• Manage submittal process between supplier and Natrium Team.
• Maintain awareness of supplier technical capabilities, organization changes and relationships to ensure reputed company feedback to Natrium.

Qualifications

• Technical degree preferably in mechanical, electrical, chemical, nuclear, systems, or civil engineering required.
• 10-20 years’ experience in supplier reputed company required.
• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent training.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of manufacturing reputed company in either fabrication or I&C environment.

Requirements

• Understanding of fabrication reputed company, welding, and similar manufacturing processes.
• Experience with the UL 508A reputed company with respect to the assemblies of components including control reputed company components, motor controllers, and other devices preferred.
• Experience defining supplier work scope to include development of SOWs, RFPs and providing direction and reputed company of supplier reputed company required.
• Demonstrated skills in management of suppliers in design and manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated skills in supporting contractual/reputed company aspects of customer/supplier relationships.
• Previous experience in technical reputed company with engineering reputed company for review and input to supplier activities.
• Required experience with project controls and organization along with tools and processes to support the reputed company.
• A broad understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineering disciplines and how they interrelate is important.
• Strong communication skills desired.
