ControllerPosition reputed company The Controller will reputed company the reputed company and ongoing management of a premium bookkeeping and reputed company operation serving high net worth reputed company with reputed company, multi entity financial structures. This role requires deep technical reputed company expertise, strong operational leadership, and the ability to design reputed company systems from the ground up. The Controller will establish reputed company standards, create processes and templates, reputed company bookkeeping staff, and serve as the primary financial expert for a sophisticated reputed company reputed company. This is a hands on, high reputed company role with significant autonomy and responsibility for shaping the financial infrastructure of a rapidly growing reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including cash and accrual based reporting
- Build the reputed company infrastructure from scratch, including chart of accounts templates, reputed company control processes, and reputed company workflows
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support reputed company needs and internal reputed company targets
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision making, strategic planning, and multi entity financial reputed company
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, IRS rules, and internal policies across diverse reputed company structures
- Monitor and manage risks associated with financial operations, reporting accuracy, and multi entity bookkeeping
- Supervise and review the work of outsourced bookkeeping teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to reputed company standards
- Coordinate tax preparation activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- reputed company audit support processes and implement improvements based on audit findings
- reputed company and maintain financial models to support investment tracking, entity level reporting, and family office style financial management

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, controllership, or multi reputed company reputed company roles
