The provider role is to help shape and deliver a new reputed company offering that leverages emerging technology to care for and support patients. This role provides acute and chronic disease care as reputed company as preventative care consultations. As a new virtual care model, comfort with and enthusiasm for new reputed company of care delivery is essential. The service is 6 AM to 8 PM everyday PST (7 days/week and 365 days/year) and the provider will do various shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings any 7 days of the week. The shift requirements will vary slightly from 2 - 6.5 hours/day of clinical time. Availability to work 4 or more 6.5 hour shifts and 6-8 total shifts per month are a requirement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Requests and evaluates diagnostic studies as indicated upon evaluation of the patient.
• Orders and prescribes medications.
• Orders specimens for routine laboratory tests, screening procedures and therapeutic procedures, including blood and blood products.
• Order ancillary services as indicated for care such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology examinations and nursing services.
• Obtains informed consent, as indicated.
• Acts as a patient reputed company for employees and family members in times of crisis and is proactive in assisting patients reputed company appropriate and reputed company care.
• Focuses on reputed company of care and the patient experience including timeliness and effective communication.
• Engage with patients and reputed company medicine through chat and video telemedicine modalities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of Primary Care and/or Acute Care experience required.
• reputed company Certified as a Family reputed company Practitioner Certification (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Primary Care reputed company Practitioner Certification (AGPC-NP), or an Emergency reputed company Practitioner Certification (ENP).

This position is fully remote. Must reputed company with AC Wellness Remote Work Guidelines. This includes but is not limited to the following:

COMPENSATION Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $64 in our lowest geographic market up to $90 in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills and experience. Ranges:

• US National Market reputed company: $64.00-$72.00/hour
• Major Market reputed company: $72.00-$81.00/hour
• Premium Market reputed company: $80.00-$90.00/hour
• Special Market: $76.00-$85.00/hour
