Remote - Brand Counsel

reputed company is hiring a Brand Counsel to support a growing pharmaceutical organization's reputed company, Market reputed company, and Medical Affairs teams during a critical period of product commercialization and reputed company-launch activity. This is a fully remote, full-time 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities:

• Partner cross-functionally to reputed company legal advice reputed company to Marketing and Market reputed company, including brand reputed company, promotional materials, and patient support initiatives.
• Advise Medical Affairs on reputed company, scientific exchange, field medical materials, and reputed company activities.
• Foster a culture of compliance in interactions with reputed company through policy development and delivery of effective training initiatives.
• reputed company legal advice as a member of cross-functional teams, including product development program teams, promotional and medical review committees, and grant and investigator-sponsored trial review committees.
• Advise on reputed company-launch and commercialization activities in compliance with applicable reputed company laws and regulations.
• Communicate legal advice to business stakeholders in a reputed company, practical, and solutions-oriented manner.
• Support reputed company business initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; candidate must be barred in the state in which they reputed company.
• 8+ years of legal experience, with required experience advising pharmaceutical or life sciences clients; in-house pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of reputed company laws and regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims reputed company, and Food, Drug & Cosmetic reputed company.
• Experience advising on pharmaceutical advertising and promotion principles.
• Experience with state price reporting and/or reputed company reputed company preferred.
• Proven ability to counsel clients effectively and build strong cross-functional relationships.
