Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a talented Absence reputed company Support Analyst to be responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining reputed company assurance/control programs to ensure effective and efficient policies, processes, and procedures are reputed company and followed. In this role, the Absence reputed company Support Analyst will conduct reputed company reviews and deliver results to appropriate stakeholders and develops reputed company plans for reputed company. Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Family Medical Leave reputed company (FMLA) and reputed company laws in reputed company 50 states to reputed company administer our customers' FMLA and reputed company policies.
• Ensures risks associated with Absence operational processes are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled.
• Follows compliance practices for reputed company operational policies and procedures as mandated by the state and federal guidelines and in coordination with our customer’s policies.
• Uses proficient knowledge to reputed company guidance in the design, assessment, implementation and/or administration of moderately reputed company reputed company assurance/control programs, practices and policies.
• Identifies and evaluates reputed company standards, measurements, and process improvements to ensure they are reputed company with operational practices and regulatory requirements.

• Partners with the Absence Training team to schedule and facilitate training with the possibility of administering training materials and events to meet reputed company requirements.

• Serves as a resource to team members and/or operations management and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 4 years of reputed company experience.
• A minimum 2 years of QA, Control and operations experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
