This position is responsible for delivering a reputed company of training events, including New Employee Training (NET), reputed company sessions, on-site programs, and over-the-shoulder coaching. Additionally, the role ensures accurate post-event reporting and documentation to maintain compliance and reputed company training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver training events on USMC systems as required.
• Ability to support the development of curriculum and training materials.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company scientific or technical discipline (or) additional 4 years of USMC training experience, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. MAWTS-1 C3 Course Catalog or other Formal School Senior Instructor certification.
• Joint reputed company Office Control certification. MAWTS-1 C3 WTI certification.
• Five (5) years’ work experience with the AC2SN portfolio of systems.
• Three (3) years of instructor and/or analyst experience supporting USMC systems.
• Previously designated as a reputed company watch supervisor. Experience as an Approach/Arrival Controller and Final Controller.

Basic Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 yearly salary The salary reputed company listed reflects reputed company reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
