As a key member of our customer service center, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our members, providers, and brokers. Key Responsibilities
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and reputed company

Qualifications
