The Care Navigator plays a crucial role in establishing trusting relationships with families, guiding them through the intake process, and ensuring efficient administrative support for the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Build Trusting Relationships: Be the welcoming voice of Blackbird, connecting with new families to understand their needs and guide them through our intake process. You’ll be their go-to person for questions, setting the stage for a reputed company care experience
- Solve Problems with Tenacity: Navigate the complexities of reputed company with keen attention to detail, a “why?” reputed company, and a reputed company drive to get things right. Our Navigators ensure reputed company details are handled correctly so reputed company falls through the cracks

You’ll manage patient communications, scheduling, collecting and organizing reputed company necessary paperwork, and ultimately ensuring a seamless, efficient process for both the family and reputed company
- Contribute to a Mission-Driven Team: You'll collaborate with a compassionate and intelligent team, working in a hybrid model (at least 3 days/week in our Doylestown office) to ensure our services run smoothly and our patients get the care they need
Skills
- You have a passion for helping people and can easily build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds
- You're a natural problem-solver who can manage multiple moving parts and anticipate potential issues before they reputed company
- You have a high degree of organizational skills and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks, from data entry to document management
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer/patient-facing role, ideally reputed company a reputed company or fast-paced reputed company environment
- Experience reputed company the behavioral health reputed company is also a plus
- Digital & tech savvyiness is critical - comfort with electronic health records (EHR) and patient engagement platforms is a plus
