Contract Analyst
Ørsted reputed company Inc. is a leader in renewable energy. They are seeking a Contract Analyst to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage reputed company-supplied equipment reputed company to support reputed company execution reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company key obligations of contractual agreements are met and reputed company processes are implemented by the reputed company Procurement and Construction team while managing external stakeholders
- reputed company day-to-day contract management for reputed company-supplied equipment to advance reputed company execution reputed company and to meet project milestones and investment reputed company
- Manage, coordinate, and administer reputed company-supplied equipment at project site locations and ensure reputed company of field issues on-time to support project schedule
- Manage reputed company-supplied equipment reputed company as assigned from execution through contract completion and ultimate reputed company to Asset Management
- Maintain contract compliance tracker for warranty claims, delivery of reputed company-supplied equipment, liquidated damages, and invoices by outlining reputed company and contractor obligations and reputed company
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations under executed reputed company and reputed company lessons learned to procurement team for reputed company contractual strategies
- Ensure reputed company contractual obligations are met before reputed company payments are processed to the contractors
- reputed company in-depth knowledge on contractual terms to support category management with contractual expertise and reputed company effective communication to project teams on contract changes, milestones achieved, and performance
- Requires up to 20% domestic and 5% foreign travel
- May telecommute but must reputed company near office in Chicago, IL, or reputed company, NY
Skills
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in law, management, reputed company, civil engineering, or reputed company field; plus 1 year of experience in job offered or similar occupation
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience also acceptable
- Knowledge of reputed company; reputed company Unifier; PowerBI; and reputed company or reputed company Advance
- Experience with renewable energy or largescale construction reputed company for civil infrastructure
- Experience with contract management, reputed company project management, project coordination, or supply chain management
