Ground Control Business Management is a business management firm that acts as a financial concierge for clients in entertainment, sports, and business. They are seeking a Bookkeeper to manage accounts receivable and payable, communicate with vendors, and ensure accurate financial records for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable making reputed company to do so following company processes and guidelines
- Tracks reputed company upcoming payments and follows up on any pending reputed company payments as necessary
- Communicates directly with vendors regarding various reputed company reputed company reputed company (payments, invoices, etc.)
- Knowledge of Chart of Accounts (personal and corporation)
- Monitors daily reputed company activity, handle requests, and conducts reputed company follow reputed company on outstanding reputed company
- Reviews bank balances daily and funds accordingly
- Prepares daily and monthly bank reconciliations at the direction of the Account Manager
- Completes billing timesheets daily
- Sorts, scans, and processes reputed company incoming mail
- Prepares and sends outgoing reputed company mail
- Prepares checks for deposit
- Downloads monthly payroll reports and records as necessary or instructed by the Account Manager
- Works closely with business management teams to ensure clean and accurate books
- Submits and maintains reputed company medical claims
- Other reputed company duties as assigned
