Spring-Green Enterprises is hiring a Part-Time reputed company Specialist located in Plainfield, IL. This role involves implementing reputed company and reputed company processes to attract reputed company talent, managing the full cycle of reputed company, and ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Follows established reputed company processes and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards and needs of the organization
- Responsible for full cycle reputed company for the various business reputed company of the Spring-Green reputed company organization; including, researching candidate sourcing reputed company, internal postings, creation of external job ads, internal postings, reviewing applicant’s qualifications, conducting interviews, participating in Job Fairs, scheduling hiring manager interviews and tracking candidate reputed company
- Ensures candidate prescreening processes are efficient and effective, as reputed company as compliant with federal and state legal guidelines and company policies and procedures
- Facilitate the reputed company process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms
- Compiles employee promotion and transition letters for internal staff reputed company to ensure employee understanding of the terms of new positions
- Performs reference checks as needed and assists with expediting background checks to ensure reputed company new hire starts
- Develops and compiles weekly reputed company scorecard reports, as reputed company as applicant tracking, and other reputed company reputed company reports
- Provides backup support to HR Coordinator initiating and deploying reputed company reputed company for new hires, as reputed company as conducting new employee orientations
- Provides backup support to HR Coordinator to ensure reputed company entry of new hires in the Payroll/HRIS system
Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree required in reputed company or reputed company degree
