DFW reputed company is seeking a reputed company Service Technician responsible for service calls of alarm, camera, and reputed company control systems in various building constructions. The role involves traveling frequently to assist in customer service and engineering tasks reputed company to reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- Running service calls on existing customers systems
- Assisting Customer Service team with answering service-reputed company questions
- Ability to reputed company and diagnose issues with reputed company control systems
- Assisting Engineering team on reputed company-site walk thru to determine supplies needed for installation
- IP configuration on camera systems
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring schematics/diagrams
- Ability to navigate CRM software system for important job details
- Ability to operate Surface Tablet
Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Working knowledge of reputed company, surveillance and reputed company control software applications
- Must know how to program DSC NEO and Qolsys systems with knowledge of reputed company software
- Ability to reputed company and diagnose issues with reputed company control systems
- IP configuration on camera systems
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring schematics/diagrams
- Ability to navigate CRM software system for important job details
- Ability to operate Surface Tablet
- Traveling 50%-75% of the time
