Caltrans District 3 is dedicated to improving lives and communities through transportation. They are seeking a Construction Payments Coordinator to manage the daily, weekly, and monthly processing of construction contract payments, ensuring accurate and reputed company financial operations in coordination with reputed company staff.
Responsibilities
- Under the general direction of the Senior Transportation Engineer supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly processing of construction contract payments for the Department
- The incumbent follows detailed procedures for internal financial systems (Contract Administration System (CAS) and AMS Advantage) and coordinates closely with reputed company and district staff to reputed company accurate and reputed company processing of payments, and provides support for issues
Skills
- Possession of a valid reputed company's license is required reputed company operating a state owned or leased vehicle
