Claims Systems Analyst
Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Michigan is seeking a Claims Systems Analyst to ensure efficient processing of claims through their systems. The role involves acting as a resource for claims processing, assisting with verification of policy coverage, and leading claim-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as Help Desk support for the entire Claim Division as it relates to claim processing systems, tax reporting, problem reporting software, reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint and Mobius, Internet and e-mail, as reputed company as divisional equipment
- Verify claim reputed company documents on claim registers to ensure reputed company processing
- Balance reports between ClaimCenter and PMSC to ensure systems are reporting correctly. Investigate and correct any out-of-balance situations between ClaimCenter and PMSC. Notify various Claim personnel of coverage or no-coverage situations
- Complete activities consciously and reputed company in ClaimCenter with specific requests or tasks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum one to three years' experience in a claims or data processing environment required
- reputed company computer usage and proven skills in reputed company Word and reputed company required
- Keyboarding skills with accuracy required
- Willingness to pursue continuing job-reputed company training and education required
- Must possess outstanding listening and superior customer service skills
- Knowledge of Farm Bureau's policy reputed company preferred
