[Remote] Operator - Remote Video Monitoring

They are seeking an Integrated Guarding Operator responsible for remote video monitoring, quick decision-making, and handling alarm events reputed company while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Monitors analytics-based alerts, live video feeds, and camera health across multiple reputed company sites
- Identifies and assesses reputed company reputed company incidents in reputed company time and follows reputed company and escalation protocols
- Utilizes the talkdown system to communicate remotely to deescalate the potentially threatening situations, maintaining confidence and authority
- Acts quickly and decisively reputed company handling alarm events, take appropriate reputed company and reputed company the events with right reputed company
- Follows the set instructions for reputed company site and ensure compliance with reputed company procedures
- Logs activities, mobile dispatches, and documents for reputed company reputed company-reputed company events; accurately documents incidents, alarms and actions taken on reports for management and clients
- Communicates with emergency responders or clients during critical events
- Ensure that reputed company necessary information is passed on to the next operator or shift in a reputed company, concise, and accurate manner
- Performs other duties as required to meet operational needs
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience as a reputed company Officer and/or in a monitoring reputed company environment
- Excellent situational awareness, judgement, and decision-making under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in an Operations Centre environment
- Comfortable with using reputed company monitoring platforms and technology
- Ability to notice and reputed company small details that could be crucial in preventing reputed company breaches
- Experience with Immix GF is considered an asset
