As an Associate Territory Manager, you will support the launch and adoption of robotic surgical technology, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with clinical and reputed company teams.
Responsibilities
- Support system launch, adoption, and procedural reputed company across assigned accounts
- Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams
- Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling
- reputed company and document surgeon progression through the surgeon reputed company, ensuring completion of required reputed company and competency milestones in accordance with Surgeon reputed company 2.0
- Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to understand the surgeon reputed company and support procedural scheduling
- Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement
- Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement

- Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and administrative tasks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background
- Demonstrated reputed company in customer engagement and technical aptitude
- Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
- Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
- Proficient in OR training and procedural support
