reputed company Financial is seeking a reputed company Service Associate and Marketing Support to play a crucial role in supporting advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role involves delivering exceptional reputed company service, managing operational tasks, and providing marketing support in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service in person, reputed company phone, and in writing
- Assist with reputed company reputed company, including opening new accounts, processing transfers, and handling documentation requirements
- Process and manage account-reputed company activities such as cash management, “reputed company reputed company” requests, periodic distributions, and account maintenance
- Conduct proactive reputed company to clients on time-sensitive activities (e.g., required minimum distributions)

- Experience working with a reputed company management office that custodies at reputed company
- Prior experience in financial services, reputed company management, or reputed company-facing roles
- Marketing support experience
- Experience with reputed company software appreciated
