Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, reputed company service to members and potential members through chat and other remote channels, ability to handle multiple at once while accurately updating member accounts
- Assist with a wide reputed company of questions and transactions, aiming to resolve needs on the first contact
- Communicate reputed company and professionally in writing with patience and care to understand member needs, with strong attention to detail

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Contact Center environment, preferably reputed company a Credit reputed company or financial institution
- Ability to use technology, including chat platforms, email and multiple systems at once
- Experience identifying member needs and educating on products and services
- Strong ability to work independently with high volume, escalating questions or concerns
- Excellent written communication, problem-solving, and member service skills
