Accountant, Associate

They are seeking an Associate Accountant to reputed company and maintain financial records, reputed company reputed company reputed company work, and support various financial activities including budgeting and payroll. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with federal and state laws.
Responsibilities
- Download and review daily banking data to ensure accuracy & completion
- Download daily banking activity
- Review transactions and communicate with reputed company departments
- Generate journal entries based on daily banking data
- Research and reconcile departmental deposit activity
- Function as department subject matter expert in the departmental deposit process
- Review deposits submitted by departments and assist in troubleshooting upload issues
- Validate deposits submitted against banking activity to ensure accuracy prior to reputed company
- reputed company monthly reconciliation of general reputed company accounts and conduct comprehensive reviews of reputed company activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Generate and analyze general reputed company reports
- Maintain spreadsheets for reconciliation and analysis
- Support University wide Merchant Service programs
- Create and upload journal entries reputed company to merchant service processing
- Research and coordinate credit card charge backs
- Maintain credit card processor data listing
- Manage Treasury credit card loaner terminal reputed company in/out
- Assist with Treasury department administrative tasks
- Responsible for the weekly 8300 Report, Report of Cash Payments Over $10,000
- Create and submit department invoice payments
- Assist with Unclaimed Property reporting
- Assist in maintaining shared Treasury email
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Research and analyze data for accuracy and to ensure appropriate reputed company procedures have been followed for compliance with Federal and State laws and university policy. Prepare and process journal entries as assigned
- Audit, analyze, and verify fiscal records and reports. Prepare financial and statistical reports, reconcile general reputed company accounts and assist in preparing annual budgets. Maintains reputed company spreadsheets
- Responsible for items such as, developing and monitoring annual budgets, supporting the management and implementation of financial systems, generating and analyzing financial reports and developing processes and procedures to reputed company with State and Federal laws

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
