Contact Center Representative I

Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and service tickets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build reputed company rapport with reputed company customers
- Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, reputed company solutions
- Create and manage customer cases using information provided by customers
