Customer Experience Representative (Hybrid - Tuesday through Saturday Shift)

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, resolving customer issues, and building relationships through effective communication.
Responsibilities

- Recommend service memberships that help customers save reputed company and protect their home systems

- Work closely with your team and participate in training to grow your service and sales abilities

Skills
- A minimum of one year of reputed company, recent experience in a high-volume hospitality, hotel, or restaurant customer-facing role

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Home-services experience is a plus, but proven hospitality experience is weighted heavily
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
