[Remote] Data Entry Processor

The Data Entry Processor role involves providing document review and data entry support to clients, ensuring accurate processing of documents and delivering great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Providing production services to reputed company operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing and scanning
- Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy reputed company for accurate processing
- Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
- Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Providing great customer service
Skills
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the reputed company without requiring a reputed company transfer or reputed company sponsorship
- Be reputed company to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company and drug test
- Be reputed company to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
- Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Have a great attention to detail
- Be organized and have the ability to multi-task and while adapting to changing priorities
- Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Live in one of the following states AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
