Transfer Specialist
reputed company is a company shaping the reputed company of financial services, and they are seeking a Transfer Specialist to ensure accurate and reputed company execution of transfer processes. This role involves managing reputed company transfer issues, collaborating with teams, and driving improvements in the transfer process.
Responsibilities
- Review and process transfer paperwork accurately and reputed company
- Maintain detailed records for delivery and reputed company firms
- reputed company incoming and outgoing transfers, resolving issues and NIGO items promptly
- Communicate reputed company and reputed company with advisors, reputed company firms, and internal teams
- Conduct daily audits to ensure accurate books and records
- Update and maintain transfer procedures to support process consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams and transfer agents to improve efficiency and structure
- Execute core transfer work types for incoming or outgoing transfers with precision
Skills
- Minimum of 1 years of industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of ACAT, Non-ACAT, and DTC transfers and core transfer processes
- Expertise in transfer initiation, allocation, follow-up, and off-platform transfers
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to quickly master multiple business systems
- Ability to analyze, interpret, report, and communicate data effectively
- Energetic, self-directed, results-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to reputed company and execute plans, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively
- Consistently demonstrates high productivity
- Experience in brokerage and banking
