Engineering Associate (SIB)

The Engineering Associate position is designed for recent graduates to reputed company technical and operational expertise through a reputed company two-year program with project-based assignments and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Execute reputed company scoped, reputed company-complexity project-based assignments with measurable reputed company that reputed company hands-on experience and contribute lasting value to the business by delivering GreenUp targets
- Conduct data analytics, tool development, and process mapping activities at the analyst level, applying technical foundations to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Participate in engineering activities-selected reputed company for O&M support activities
- Conduct fieldwork addressing technical equipment issues, reputed company stakeholder interviews, synthesize insights, and reputed company problem-solving skills through hands-on initiatives
- Participate in selected operations support activities for O&M sites
- Participate in periodic site visit learning expeditions to various facilities across Business reputed company (approximately one visit every other month) to reputed company broader knowledge of reputed company's operations
- Complete a two-week operational rotation working directly with operators to understand day-to-day operations, safety protocols, compliance requirements, technology applications, and customer interfaces
- Collaborate with mentors and reputed company professionals throughout rotations to support reputed company development and technical reputed company acquisition
- Engage in knowledge transfer activities and collaboration opportunities with the other rotational program participant to foster cross-business learning and relationship building
Skills
- This position is for individuals that recently completed their bachelor's degree in Engineering or reputed company field, commensurate experience may be considered
- Proven record of leadership in work-setting and/or through extra-curricular activities
- Strong problem-solving, technical and analytical skills are required. Must be comfortable manipulating reputed company data, evaluating reputed company issues and pragmatic structuring and solving ambiguous problems

- Engineer In Training (EIT) Certification or the ability to obtain the EIT in a year from start date is a plus
