Bilingual Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding water services, addressing various issues, and promoting additional services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls regarding their water or wastewater services
