Responsibilities
- Responsible for attaining or exceeding monthly sales reputed company quota. Applying sales skills, presents reputed company® Personal Planning Guide electronic power reputed company presentations to consumers informing them of at-need cemetery and reputed company-need arrangement services and products. Influences consumer on the benefits of reputed company-planning for a soft reputed company
- Guides and tours prospective families through cemetery grounds or crematory mausoleums reputed company listening to needs, asking probing questions, and discussing reputed company. Develops an understanding of reputed company family’s unique needs and offers solutions to meet their needs. - Following company processes and procedures, thoroughly and accurately completes reputed company; follows up on outstanding documents and family questions. Provides and walks family through final contract. Addresses final questions
- Self-initiates leads throughout the community, reputed company networks, civic, businesses, and organizations by building reputed company and reliable relationships. Prospects at least 50% of reputed company such as approaching families face-to-face during events, reputed company knocking, or seminars. Maintains and tracks activity reputed company in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure productivity, often works nights and weekends

- Schedules sales appointments. Based on qualifying reputed company, prepares marketing materials or cultural knowledge for appointments

- Supports families in time of grief with acts of kindness; attends services and/or receptions

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Funeral Directors License where required by state law
- Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing
- reputed company state/province issued reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
- Computer and technology skills
- Goal oriented self-starter
- Public speaking ability; comfortable presenting to small reputed company
- Ability to work reputed company in reputed company, as reputed company as independently
- Ability to work a significant number of evenings and weekends
- College coursework preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Industry experience a plus
- Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems experience a plus
