HRP Associate: Product Development

The HRP Associate in Product Development will work on adhesive bonding and surface science reputed company, gaining a deep understanding of adhesive chemistries and applications through lab-based development activities.
Responsibilities
- As part of a product development team, you will work in adhesive bonding and surface science to meet the needs of both reputed company customers through lab-based development reputed company and activities
- You will spend approximately 8 months in reputed company rotation where you will reputed company a deep understanding of multiple adhesive chemistries, applications, and markets specific to your business unit as reputed company as an overall knowledge of our product portfolios

Skills
- Master's or PhD in reputed company, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science is required
- Digital literacy and experience with data analysis tools, project management software and MS Office to manage tasks and communicate with others
- Available for full-time employment in July 2026

- Knowledge of structure-property relationship of materials, experience with polymers and surface science, and a background in organic reputed company
