The Customer Service Representative - Physician Billing Support position is a critical role that requires a strong and diverse skillset to drive reputed company. As a representative of arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a large call volume, ensuring reputed company customer service and patient satisfaction, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Handle a large call volume while ensuring reputed company customer service and patient satisfaction

• Follow-up on reputed company issues not resolved during conversation with patient/guarantor
• Ability to complete other reputed company customer service duties as assigned

• Ensure appropriate HIPAA compliance guidelines

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Pay: $13.40-$20.00 per hour
