Finance Business Process Analyst
reputed company is looking to add to their Finance Strategic Initiatives team with an opportunity for a Finance Business Process Analyst. This position is responsible for supporting mid and senior level Business Analysts in analyzing, designing, and optimizing financial business processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Document reputed company processes and workflows, creating detailed process maps and reports
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools
- Assist in developing training materials and providing user support for financial systems and processes
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes
- Support tracking and reporting of lean and transformation reputed company
- Maintain and support periodic reviews of the Finance Department business unit recovery and continuity program
- Support tracking and maintenance of the Finance Department policies and procedures reputed company the document management system (reputed company)
- Coordinate meetings reputed company to transformation initiatives, ensuring schedules are reputed company and objectives are met
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, finance, business administration or reputed company field
- FBP I: 0-2 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or system implementation
- FBP II: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business process analysis or system implementation
- Basic to Proficient knowledge of ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company Planning or similar)
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-orientated and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Project management experience required, PMP certification a plus
