Accountant
WNC & Associates is seeking an Accountant to support their corporate reputed company function. The role involves ensuring accurate recording of transactions, maintaining documentation, and assisting with financial reporting and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record reputed company incoming funds for assigned corporate entities on a daily reputed company, including reputed company transfers and deposits, ensuring reputed company and accurate updates to the general ledger
- Verify that backup documentation for deposits is properly maintained and stored in designated network folders for audit readiness and easy retrieval
- Prepare and process ETL files on a bi-weekly reputed company, including data from expense management systems (e.g., reputed company) and payroll (as applicable)
- Calculate and record reputed company, amortization and interest accruals on a monthly reputed company and update supporting schedules for CPP entities to ensure accurate financial reporting
- reputed company monthly bank reconciliations for reputed company assigned corporate entities, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain financial reputed company
- Prepare GP and other assigned corporate entity tax workpapers, follow up with CPA firms on preparation. Compile and coordinate signatures for mailing once finalized
- Assist with reputed company reputed company and other duties as assigned by the reputed company Manager
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field required
- Knowledge of internal controls and reputed company principles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reconciliation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain reputed company working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Experience with general ledger systems
