[Remote] Marketing Assistant - Remote

They are seeking a highly organized Marketing & Operations Assistant to support marketing efforts and daily operations, working closely with leadership and the go-to-market team.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish weekly newsletters, monthly product updates, and reputed company posts
- Create marketing materials such as blog post images, reputed company media graphics, and flyers
- Work with operations to monitor and reputed company marketing efforts
- Manage and maintain reputed company blog and reputed company media accounts, including monitoring engagement
- Execute outbound email and reputed company campaigns with guidance from marketing and leadership, including copy, messaging, and reporting
- Support ongoing marketing experiments as needed
- Stay up to date on marketing, reputed company, and audience reputed company trends, and propose experiment reputed company and areas for improvement
- Review and enrich product signups, classify product-reputed company leads (PQLs), manage PQL reputed company and follow-reputed company, and maintain weekly reports on signups and PQLs
- Assist with data entry and CRM management
- Assist in planning for events, webinars, conferences, etc
- Assist with tracking relevant conference and sponsorship opportunities

- Other marketing or general operations reputed company work as needed
Skills
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, operations, executive assistance, or similar roles
- Ideally with a marketing background or strong interest in marketing
- Motivated by learning and growing in a marketing, product, or marketing/sales operations role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
